May 18, 2013 Meeting - This is shaping up to be a busy, busy meeting. The Bag It! exchange is due, Kathy B. will be presenting combs for Tips & Techniques, nominations for elected officers are due so that we can present our candidates and our new website may be up and running. Your dedicated and more-anxious-than-you-are website committee is staying on top of this. In the meantime, we'll use this location.
June 15, 2013 Meeting - This meeting features our elections and a potluck.
July 20, 2013 Meeting - Amy Klee is hosting this month's meeting at her lovely Stone Edge Farm.
Membership 2013 - Our membership runs from January 1st to December 31st. Carole Clark has updated the membership form to reflect the change in dues. You may pay her at any meeting or mail her a check. Big changes are coming as far as membership. When our new website is totally loaded up, we will be able to do membership online (and even pay online if you want).
Bag It! Exchange - Less than a month to go...they are due May 18th!The bags will then be displayed at the festival in September.
Demonstrations - If you know of a demonstration opportunity, make sure to contact Sharilyn, our demo coordinator. She will be able to get the info to us as a group, will give the info to Alicia for the newsletter, and will let your webmistress know all the details so we can list it here on the site. You can also contact Sharilyn for details about any particular demo that you see listed on our demo page.
Membership Coordinator - Carole Clark is our Membership Coordinator. If you have any questions about membership, please direct them to her.
Newsletter - Any suggestions you want to make or contributions you have can go to Alicia Benhumea. The deadline for articles is the last Saturday of the month for the following month's newsletter. All members are welcome to contribute to the newsletter. Tell us about a fiber trip you took, or a spinning experiment you tried, or about a new book you bought. Anything fiber related is welcome.
